Award Winning Lonnie McFadden & His Band's Dinner & Jazz Show - Featuring "John Coltrane Centennials"

Join us Friday and Saturday nights at Lonnie's Reno Club for an elevated dinner show experience featuring Lonnie McFadden and his band! The club is an authentic Kansas City jazz venue with deep ties to the rich history of Midwest music. Enjoy prohibition-era cocktails, a thoughtful wine list, and local craft beers while taking in an unforgettable evening of live jazz.

This special engagement celebrates the John Coltrane Centennial, honoring one of the most influential and innovative musicians in jazz history. Born in 1926, John Coltrane transformed the genre through his groundbreaking improvisation, spiritual depth, and legendary recordings such as A Love Supreme, Blue Train, and Giant Steps. His music continues to inspire generations of artists and remains a cornerstone of jazz around the world.

Doors open at 6:15pm, show starts at 7pm. There is an intermission halfway through, and the show ends at 9:30pm.

Your 3-Course dinner and all other drinks are separate. You will pay for these at the end of the show.

* Parking is available upon availability for $15 per vehicle at the Ambassador Hotel (Lonnie’s Reno Club is located in the lower-level of the hotel.) There is public metered parking along Grand Boulevard and also a public parking garage across the street from the main entrance of the hotel.
